If you select this as an option while creating your listing, these members will see your properties in a different color on the map, knowing they must purchase the policy before renting. They will apply with you and if you accept them, they will instantly be asked to pay for the policy. When the transaction is complete both parties will receive emails confirming the policy purchase and details will be sent to you directly. Renting couldn’t be easier!
